Refund policy

We accept eligible returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

β€’ Unused and in original condition
β€’ In its original packaging
β€’ Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping and collection costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that have been installed, assembled, used, or removed from their packaging may not be eligible for return. Upon receipt of the item/s in good condition, within 30 days of the receipt of goods, a refund will be processed.

Items showing any signs of scratches, stains, damage, or modification are not eligible for return. Please note that Standard Shipping and White Glove delivery fees from the original order are non-refundable once the delivery service has been completed by the carrier.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We ask that all items be carefully inspected at the time of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

1. The issue must be noted on the proof of delivery at the time of delivery.
2. The issue must be reported to our team within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging.

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution which may include:

β€’ Replacement
β€’ Repair
β€’ Store credit or refund (where applicable under consumer law)

Damage reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for claim.

Natural Materials

Many Bhode pieces are crafted from natural materials such as marble, travertine, wood, leather and handmade finishes.

Variations in tone, veining, texture, markings, and subtle irregularities are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original method of paymentonce the returned item has been received and inspected.
