Order Processing
Once an order is placed, our team carefully prepares each item for dispatch. In-stock items typically leave our warehouse around 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Pre ordered items are processed for delivery shortly after arriving and being processed in stock. While we try and be as transparent and accurate with lead times as possible, these are estimates only and are subject to change.

Delivery Scheduling
For furniture deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
Someone must be present at the delivery address to accept the order.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or absence, re-delivery fees may apply.
Damage and Defect reporting
Please carefully inspect your item upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the proof of delivery at the time of receipt. A signature will be required to confirm delivery.
Site Access
It is the customers responsibility to check access prior and ensure it sufficient for a safe and success delivery. Doors, hallways and walkways are required to be large enough to accommodate the incoming furniture. All dimensions of our items can be found on our website and used for measuring your space prior.
Prior notice of the delivery time frame will be provided prior. Unsuccessful deliveries will be subject to a 15% missed delivery to fee.
We reserve the right to review and cancel orders where the shipping address falls outside our courierβs standard service areas or is considered a remote location. In these instances, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued. Should the customer wish to proceed with the purchase, alternative delivery arrangements or collection must be organised by the customer.
